I’ve tried probably >500 different craft beers from all different countries and states
Corona with a lime in it is still a top 5 beer
(Corona with no line is bottom dogshit beer)

yeah for some years during college + after, i'd try as many craft beers as i could. but about 4 years ago, i got sick of it and now i pretty much only drink high life, bud heavy, and lone star.]
ill have corona + lime every now and then since that's what my parents loved and it's basically inculcated in my head

All macro beers are better than micro. It’s the same reason Coca Cola tastes better than craft cola. The biggest tastelet pleb filter ever is someone who enjoys “small batch” anything and thinks it actually improves on the flavor or experience. It’s literally just for retards to feel like they have something special you can’t have.

Yeah corona with lime is good. I think in a weird way it tastes/smells like weed lmao

I think probably gets a bit too much credit because who drink it dont realize that its a fat beer and compare it to lite beers. Of course it tastes better and is richer.

That smell is because it's in a clear bottle so it gets light-struck. They came up with a lime and drinking it straight out of the bottle so you can't smell it so much. It's hilarious, an absolute meme beer.

My point is that the world of craft beer is filled with annoying arrogant söylent faggots. If you go to ratebeer/beer advocate etc every single macrobeer is rated as if it were dog piss simply because millennial hipsters feel like it ups their street cred to shit on it. I love craft beer as much (if not more) than the next person but Corona with lime is still a great beer and I’m sick of hipster niggers pretending it isn’t.

Compared to macrobrews, there is usually no metallic aftertaste, no sickly sweetness, and no addition of mashed corn or other sources of sugar.

People would look at you like a weirdo if tried to serve disgusting heavy ipa garbage. Corona has its place. Just make sure you buy them at a busy suburban grocery store with a lot of inventory turnover. Coronas in a liquor store are likely skunked, as they don't give a flying fuck about monitoring inventory

Maybe naive of me but I also like micro "craft" brewers because I feel like I'm supporting in-state workers and businessmen (at least for the ones who haven't sold out to conglomerates). And presumably the beer is a little fresher. Anyways, a local brewer here, Short's, makes a solid light lager that I buy from time to time. Very crushable and I love the can. Usually just $6-7 for a sixer, so why not buy it over Coors Light, Miller High Life, Bud Light I'd buy otherwise.

Isn't it a low class white trash beer in Italy/eu? And it's impossible to find fresh in the U.S.

>Corona with a lime in it is still a top 5 beer
If you like Corona you should try Czech pilsners. They're very similar in style and have the same Saaz hops flavor.

>> No.17679278

For me it's Dos Equis or any 750 ml unibroue under $5 with like 9% ABV.

They are comparable in that they both belong in the trash. There are many good Czech beers but everyone only posts the Urquell because you're all a bunch of fucking morons

I love baltic porters but I don't come across them very often. In terms of favorite brewers it's probably Innis & Gunn.
