Webm threads and cooking videos make me lose appetite. I don't even watch the gross ones so it's not disgust. It's like I only need the imagery of the food, and not the physical item itself.

I like watching cooking videos anyways, but yeah sometimes when I’m hungry I’ll look them up. It does take my mind off it a bit, but I don’t think it overall affects my hunger level.
