Fasting is literally the fastest method. How fat are you? You can do rolling 72s (back to back 3 day fasts) without worrying about refeeding or supplementing electrolytes (but they still help). 48s and 24s are easier and also effective. With 72s you would be losing almost 2 pounds every 3 days assuming the average of 2000 calories per day to maintain weight.

I lost 7kg in 3 weeks, this is how: keto + 1400 calories a day + intermittent fasting. After you get comfortable do one meal a day instead and limit yourself to 800 calories a day. Count the carbs carefully so you dont get out of ketosis and fuck everything up. The first week you will feel nihilistic but then it gets better dont worry. Have fun

Assuming you're a moderately healthy younger man, you probably burn between 2000-2500 calories a day, just existing. You need to burn 3500 a day to lose a pound of fat. Assuming you somehow muster up the willpower to not eat for a week, you can burn around 14-18k calories in one week just down nothing. That's 4-5 pounds a week. I've lost about 70 lbs over the last 6 months. All I did was two things

1. every day, I take a 45 min powerwalk while listening to podcasts or music.
2. i didn't change my diet; I just cut out the carbs. Sandwich for lunch? Just eat the middle instead with a knife/fork and skip the bread. Omlette comes with home fries? Just don't eat the fries. Sugary stuff? Just don't. Also I stopped chugging so much beer and started chugging equivalent amounts of alcohol via non-carby mixed drinks (vodka + seltzer with lime, etc).

I'm still an emotional wreck but at least physically I look almost normal as long as nobody sees my "i was obese for 10 years" belly skin!

Why do you need to lose loads of weight in a week? Fasting and exercise is the only way, but even with that you won't lose much in a week. Assuming you're an average male and burn 2500 sedentary, then over 7 days that's only 17,500 calories. A pound of body fat is roughly 3,500 kcal, so at most you'd lose 5lbs of body fat. Of course on top of that you'd lose water weight from the lack of sodium, you could also exercise say 500 calories a day by running for an hour, but that would only be an extra 3,500 calories over the week, or an extra pound of fat. Of course your body doesn't work quite as simply as this, and it wouldn't just burn body fat, instead burning muscle, you'd also lower your metabolism and your base metabolic rate would go down, you'd likely be tired, sluggish and your body temperature would drop, lowering the amount of calories your body would burn each day.

An unnatural method would be using a drug such as DNP (2,4-Dinitrophenol), which causes your body to burn fat and carbohydrates at a dramatic rate, only it's extremely dangerous and many people have died doing such a thing, since it causes your body to overheat, literally overheating yourself to death.

Yea I can give you advice. I went from 66 kg to 58 kg.

Very high in protein and gives a feeling of fullness (avoid with sugar and salt tho cause that will make you wanna eat more). Combine either with crème cheese and toast or better yet with sliced banana or green apple for a healthy breakfast

Very low calorie (the one I use is 2 tablespoon to 40 calories) that goes with so many things and it tastes great. For example, you can use it as a dipping for chips (instead of using ketchup), vegetables, or as a spread on your sandwich containing meat

Repeat after me: meat by itself does not make you fat.

Eating a bunch of frozen strawberries and berries not only forces you to eat slower but also gives you a lot of energy

Some other tips
-careful of what you drink. Many of them are deceptively high calorie.
-even though nuts have low sugar, most nuts are deceptively high in calories and don’t fulfill you as much as you think. Best to combine them with something to give a crunchy yummy texture rather than eat it by itself. For example a few almonds in the peanut butter, crème cheese breakfast sandwich gives it a great taste and texture
-avoid smoothies. They are high sugar, low nutrition bait. Best to eat fruit in its original form.
