TLDR: pls give me recipes that are quick to make (less than 30 min) and are healthy and simple. I’m vegetarian + I eat fish but only salmon and sardines since these have the least amount of pollutants

Please help me find recipes that are healthy, quick to make, and don’t taste like shit.

I’m incredibly busy but hate eating out because I don’t trust restaurants to use good quality materials and avoid plastic. I created a meal plan for myself a few months ago that consisted of two options for every meal and all took me 30 minutes to make but I’m so incredibly fucking bored of eating the same foods everyday. I tried looking up receipts but they all take a fuck ton of time to make or they’re super complex with a lot of ingredients. I also want my grocery shopping to be simply

Here is the meal plan I’ve been following:

Breakfast: free range hard boiled eggs with Turkey bacon and raisin bread with macadamia nut butter spread, OR sprouted rolled oats with chocolate powder and cherries

Lunch: a bowel consisting of sprouted black beans, sprouted brown rice, super greens mix, and an avocado OR sandwich consisting of Ezekiel bread, mixed cherry jam, macadamia nut butter, and super green mix

Dinner: wild caught Alaskan salmon with either brown rice or sweet potatoes and some in season vegetable OR durum wheat spaghetti with Parmesan cheese, parsley, and marinara sauce

It’s pretty simple to avoid micro plastics. Just avoid certain seafood and food that’s packaged in flexible plastic. Plus I only care right now because I’m trying to compete in power lifting. I grew up in a 3rd world country where we didn’t have plastic bottles and now, living in Japan, I have a special filter which specifically filters out micro plastics from my water. When I don’t have the filter, I use a distillation system and then add in synthetic minerals afterwards.

Fish tacos are super easy, use tilapia nice and cheap and flavorless just add lime, cayenne, chili powder then on fried corn tortillas. pretty quick

Brussel sprouts salt pepper and sear any fish fillet in the same pan as it goes fast. I'd probably add tamari, honey, chives to it maybe siracha too to cover the fish with and get a nicer crisp from the burnt sugar. I'd make salmon that way often but prefer farmed since there's little to no chance of parasites that way

I find it hard to have leftover fish so I want to cook a serving and eat it. Shrimp with any veggies, spinach, Brussels again are super fast as well they take like 30 seconds to cook

I actually used to make the exact recipe you’re talking about. Maybe not with the sugar, but tilapia fish tacos. I got the idea from custom meal planner. I stopped eating tilapia though because it has a very high omega 6 to omega 3 ratio, meaning it’s a pro inflammatory food. Any reason I can’t just make fish tacos out of sardines?
