Sneed oil warning thread. Don't eat these. Don't eat at places that uses these.

Use real butter, olive oil, animal fats, coconut oil and avocado oil. Use fish and cod liver oil as supplements. Use MCT C8 oil as a suppliment.

Eat more wild caught sardines, mackerel and salmon. Animals that have a natural diet have higher levels omega 3, farmed fish are just fed corn and are unhealthy. Chickens should eat grains but they also need to eat wild grasses, seeds, insects and worms. Pastured eggs are healthy, if the yolks are bright yellow then you're being fed crap.

Learn about the omega 6:3 ratio. Don't let globohomo win. Regenerative farming is the only way forward.
