I made a taco today it is very good I used cheese
(mozzarella) and meat (beef) and tapatio sauce

Tapatio is a great hotsauce. Just the right amount of kick, without so much heat that it drowns out the rest of the flavors. It's been long enough since I've had plain-taco-seasoned-ground-beef that these humble victuals strike as quite appetizing. Though I'd have cold iceberg lettuce and some tomatoes in accompaniment, surely.
