I was thinking I could make vanilla pudding - flavor 2/3 of it with freeze dried strawberry powder, divide it into pastry bags, pipe some strawberry pudding into the bottom, then a layer of plain vanilla, then strawberry on top to get the same effect - they are clear plastic containers

I just feel like it might be better with some chunky of strawberry in it too maybe sprinkled on top

They never really sold these in my country. I only read about it in a magazine and wanted to try them ever since. When visiting the capital there was that one store selling some (probably ancient) bottles of the stuff, but it was super expensive so I ended up not buying it.

FWIW, it wasn't all that great apparently.
