Anyone else cook steak differently? I just cut it up into thin strips when cook the strips hibachi style. I only use a little bit of worcestershire sauce, no salt. The steak cooks right away fantastically, saving time and energy. Im a busy guy so this is great for me

personally i never needed it, the fat on the steak provides enough flavor for me. I tend to go with high marbled steaks for this type of stuff and the subtle flavor of the fat, meat and the sauce is enough for me
