Hear me out, because this gets autistic.
When I saw the video, just a couple of days after it was released I couldn't fathom what I have witnessed. An english pie, in a regular white bun, insane.
I swore that one day I shall travel to Wigan and give this a try, together with the Baby Head pudding and a smack barm pey wet.
I got tipsy and since a couple of free days were coming up and I didn't plan anything I decided that the best course of action was to treat myself to a meme meaI and suffer from the shittyness of the food. I knew I had to travel to Wigan. Bought the tickets, regretted my decision immediately after waking up with a hangover.
Flew to Manchester, stayed in Liverpool and the next day I was on my way to the Trawlerman, the shop you see in the video.
Had the complete three course Wigan meal, just like the guy.
Honestly? The Wigan kebab is good, the bread is airy and thin, it's just a mean of holding the pie and it's mostly there to eat it on the go, was pretty good. The babies head was a very nice, thick, meaty "pudding", fries and gravy? Delicious.
The smack barm with pey wet was vile. Literally dry carbs stuffed with more carbs some pea water.

Overall, an enjoyable experience, I'd destroy a Wigan kebab just about now.

babys head was genuinely delicious, I remember the taste very fondly.
They also had fries with peas and gravy, I did not dare order because it look beyond awful.
Literally just fries, peas and pea water on top AND gravy on them peas.
vile shit, northern england cuisine truly is something different
