Water cooked serrano peppers, carrots, tomatos in bay leaves and fresh oregano. strained out over whipped mustard and avocado with air fried cubed potatos. I usually cookit in oloil and just pour in, but am out and poor.

It's cornstarch. You make a thin mix with water and use that to steam the dumplings, once the water evaporates it turns into a crispy layer.

I ended up mixing it all together with diced fried potatoes. Then I did a sunny side up fried egg on top with the oozing yolk.
and then I made a bag of steamables corn on the side.
It was pretty good.
