Good list, but you're fucking up by avoiding delicious blue cheese. I got an order of the thigh nuggets just to try them, and I really couldn't even tell the difference between them and the regular boneless wings. And they gave me a SHIT TON of them. It was like 5 bucks. Would recommend.

Then I coat the wings in salt, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
