i was very disappointed with his recipe.
to clarify, i generally use fresh ingredients whenever possible, but burgers are a little different. in their case it's okay to use things like garlic and onion powder. ramsay's burger saddens me, what he should be doing is.

>onion powder
>garlic powder
>blacks pepper
>smoked paprika
>hint of cayenne
>worcestershire sauce
>ground chuck
and if you're feeling adventurous, some bourbon, though if cooking burgers with indirect head i wouldn't recommend.
>mix all those things together in a pot
>chill a bit
>once chilled pull back out make patties and throw them on charcoal grill.
