well done so the fat has the most chance to flavor the meat

>> No.17571687

>>17571683
Nah, generally you shoot for medium or medium rare.

You don't wanna go rare because the fat wont render, and you don't want to go beyond medium because then you lose moisture and the texture isn't as nice.

Overrated shit. I'd rather eat meat than meat flavoured fat.

If you want a hamburger, buy a hamburger instead of this overpriced meme steak.

Once, and it was pretty nice. Except it was also three times as expensive as an angus steak which is also really nice.

I don’t have to try a turd to know it tastes like shit.

So do you actually lick windows? Or is that just a stereotype for you people?

>Projecting this hard
The only differences between Wagyu and hamburger meat is the steak is naturally held together, and the price. If you want a melt-in-your-melt piece of beef for cheap, hamburger is a better use of money. Steak is for poorfags to pretend they're rich because they're spending too much just like poor people wearing expensive clothes.

I've never had kobe but I'd assume that this is one of those situations where if you don't massively overcook or undercook it it will be the greatest steak you've ever had anyway

>> No.17572271

>>17571721
I don't think I've ever had a burger (I've had a few) that matched a good quality steak one to one. They're both great but one's a screwdriver and the other's a hammer.

I mean just for starters you have the texture: one's a hunk of meat that you chew on and one's bread, ground meat, cheese and sauces; and then you have the taste: one's a piece of meat that has been seasoned or aged and cooked to heighten the umami flavour and one's bread, ground meat, cheese and sauces.

If we're going burger vs steak I'd have to pick burger but saying a burger is basically the same as wagyu is pants on head.

Nobody’s mad but you, Brayden.
You’re literally upset about steak.
You’re crying about steak.
You’re turning steak into a socioeconomic source of anger and asspain.
>muh ad hominem
As expected of a zoomer.
