How do I recreate 100% accurate Big Mac using home ingredients? There's too many copycat recipes on the web, I'm not sure where should I start.

Just wait a month for McDonalds to set up their pseudo-subsidiary like Coca-Cola did with Fanta back in Nazi Germany. You'll be eating Big Maks in no time.

Just hop the train to Helsinki? Or is it forbidden too nowadays in your country? I have a hard time keeping track.

sometimes you don't want a better burger though, sometimes you want a McDonald's one that's exactly as shitty as it is

I think the sauce makes a big mac taste like big mac, so you gotta find some recipe online

I've had a store bought sauce that tasted almost exactly like bigmac one and I remember it containing a mayo base, worcestershire, anchois paste, tomato concentrate, mustard, onion and garlic and some stabilising chemicals and colorants.
The ingredients are in a order of quantity (biggest amount to smallest)

I think replicating the McD's bun would be toughest. Also the burger patty, McD's meat is kind of shitty and gross, so if you want that authentic flavor you can't really use solid beef.

Dominos had a pizza, at least in Europe, that is BigMac inspired, maybe ask them to tell you how the secret sauce works.

My Slavic friend, the key to any burger sauce is to mix mayonnaise, ketchup and pickle juice until you have the ratio that YOU like best. Every burger restaurant in the US claims it as their own, but the same ingredients still apply. Aside from that, use finely diced onions and thin patties.
