If you have no cream, and you really like coffee with cream (because its too bitter otherwise), what could you use to substitute?

i dislike coffee but sometimes i feel like drinking it to stay awake at work so i use brown sugar(or regular when there's no brown), milk, powdered chocolate milk and cinnamon. powdered milk tastes gross in coffee.
just use milk and a small hand mixer to make it creamier

I keep a container of powdered creamer for just such an emergency. They have a shelf life of at least a year.

just add a little sugar, not enough to make it sweet but enough to cut the bitterness.

If it's too bitter add the tiniest amount of salt. And I mean tiny, less than half a pinch.

Was going to post this. I like just a spoon of vanilla ice cream in my coffee, got your creamer and sugar in one go and it cools your coffee down a bit so you can drink it sooner.

gonna stop you right there. a good coffee doesn't need sugar or cream, a shit one does, the only exception to that rule is a coffee that is too strong. in these cases, you should always have access to sweetened condensed milk. literally every other version of creamer is shit comparatively.

Cold brew coffee. It is NOT bitter and it is superior to hot brewed coffee in every way. I guess if you really like piping hot beverages, you could figure something else out, but my solution is no fuss, and cold beverages are better in the first place.
Unless you like waiting 10 minutes for your mediocre coffee to brew every morning so you can blow on it until it's cold and drinkable for 5 minutes before it becomes lukewarm slop.
Up to you I guess, I know how to do my own research and come to my own conclusions, which is how I figured out the solution to this problem when I was 19. I guess some people just need to be spoonfed.
