something about eating sunflower seeds puts you in a state of zen that no other snack can replicate

of course, there's a skill floor
you simply MUST be able to take a shallow handful of seeds and place them in your mouth and then de shell them, eat the seed, and spit out the shell all while keeping the remaining surplus of seeds in away from the action safely in your cheek
