He's a food reviewer. His job is to evaluate new fast food products, and find all of their flaws so people don't waste their money on something they may not like. If he said everything was amazing, people might not trust his recommendations as much. For what it's worth, I've seen him give a few more positive reviews recently, and his negative reviews often centers around products not living up to their hype. For instance, a company saying that something is super spicy, and then it turns out it's pretty damn mild.

I mean... 3/10 is still a pretty damn low review. You could give a 0 or a 1 for the idea alone, but that wouldn't necessarily require eating the product, and it wouldn't be a very good review.
