Could I hypothetically speaking collect all the chicken bones from discarded kfc meals and make chicken stock with them?

I did that at my local KFC buffet. I was there for 4 hours eating a piece of chicken and getting refills. I was offer to take the trays of the other patrons but I secretly would collect their bones.
At the end of the night I had enough to make 5 gallons of fine stock.

kfc adds something to their chicken so that if you try to use their chicken bones for stock it makes mustard gas.

You could end up with too high a proportion of drumstick bones. If that happens, chop off joint segments from lots of them and throw away the marrow segment.
