Poke all over w knife, insert garlic closes in poke holes
Rub w olive oil
Coat with grated Romano, press in w hands
Into roasting pan
add oiled potato chunks around sides
Put rosemary sprigs on top
Oven 450 45 mins give or take, flip halfway through

Ah, fine. I just associate Easter with hot, filling, hearty food, and sashimi seems like something light. But I've never even tried it.
