So the other thread someone posted a video of a guy brewing tea with coffee chaff. Every time I sweep chaff off the floor I keep thinking I should be bagging it up and saving it. Yes and no, ofc there's a lot of single boiler machines out there, but temps are all over the place since it's desing for brew and steam. Adding a PID helps, but it's not as good as stable as a dual boiler. Same goes for HX machine that can't deliver repeatable results when doing back to back shots.

So yeah a dual boiler isn't necessary to do espresso, but it's really nice to have if you can afford it.

Wet smell: mango compote
Taste: Mango, peach syrup, hint of berry I can't distinguish (deep, rounded backbone, possibly blueberry), in the middle a gentle lemon zest acidity balances the intense sweetness and piques the tongue on the long finish. Very fruity, very sweet. Sweetness of medium honey (I succeeded in roasting for this specifically at a blasphemous city+ so good job me) is quite developed.
