Do you worry about spiking, /ck/?

I just had homemade (white flour crust [high GI]) pizza for my last 3 meals (supper, breakfast, lunch, dinner) and was planning on having leftovers for breakfast and lunch tomorrow. Should I be worried about getting diabetes?

Yes, eating carbs is pretty much guaranteed road to diabetes. I hope you like amputations of limbs because that's what is in your future mr sweet pee.

>In general, the best time to exercise is one to three hours after eating, when your blood sugar level is likely to be higher. If you use insulin, it's important to test your blood sugar before exercising.

I also worry about this in a hypochondriac way. Try eating some food with fiber at the same time. That's supposed to slow digestion.

>> No.17490391

There's very little evidence that blood glucose spikes as someone without diabetes or pre-diabetes will cause you to develop diabetes
Don't worry about it
