How often do you drink it? If you only drink milk once in a while then your digestive system won't be used to it. You can try having small amounts of it, like have a tablespoon of milk every day for a few days. Then do two tablespoons every day, then three, etc. Some people have had luck with that allowing them to drink more milk.

"Natural" is basically just a meaningless word. Anything a human desires, consumes, produces, etc is necessarily naturally occurring. We are emergent from the world, not alien to it.

That said, we shouldn't consume milk in order to take a moral stand against an exploitative and abusive industry. Further, we should enact legislation to eradicate these industries entirely. The only milk humans ought to consume is human breast milk from our mothers. If you desire a culinary ingredient to fulfill the role of cow/goat/sheep milk in your cuisine, there are plenty of alternatives that can be used.
