Pretty much my thoughts too. The bacon and brussel sprouts are basically the main course and the shrooms are just gonna be a side. I didn't know what else I could possibly do except make multiple meals for myself with them, which is something I just don't really do.

Maybe it's just the hunger but that combination was amazing, one thing I'd change, is adding less bacon, there was really only need of maybe 2-2 1/2 strips of bacon all I had was thick cut and the bacon seemed a bit too much, but the brussel sprouts were for sure the show piece. The goomz were delicious but could have used another round through some more butter.
Overall delicious produce from the source and not a super market.
You can fuck it up and its still amazing.

If you cut your Brussels in half then slice them, they break up into threads and you can caramelise them. Caramelised Brussels sprouts with bacon on toast topped with creamed mushrooms would be fuggin alright.

I've never thought of that before. I've always only had big cuts of brussel sprouts growing up, grilled, smoked or fried, never thought of trying to caramelize strips. I'll try that next time I come across some of these sprouts, thanks anon.
