Has anyone used this before? I also bought a package of Abuelita Chocolate which is supposed to help add more flavor. I'll either boil some chicken and shred it or just buy a rotisserie to add to the sauce.

dona is alright, i like the goya mole better, but youre on the right track. if youre using those abuelita chocolate pucks, use maybe a quarter of it to start with and see how it tastes. then simmer it until it starts to thicken up and then add your chicken, earlier if raw, later if already cooked.

So I just pour this into a pan and bring it up to a simmer before adding the chicken?

What else would you suggest I add to it?

Add lightly toasted sesame seeds to your mole before serving too.
Use leftover mole in tortas to make an easy sandwich, or make an actual torta (tart) baked casserole with mashed potatoes and chicken mole like my family used to make. Needs fresh lettuce, radishes, and avocado to go with it on the side.

How about a couple of greasy spic arm hairs for authentic flavor? And maybe some of whatever that gunk is they have under their fingernails.

Sorry, I felt the thread was getting too mature.

I mean I could just add some chipotle peppers if I want right?
>>17473951
That looks good. And the local Mexican places around here serve almost every dish with sliced iceberg, tomatoes and radish. I have sesame seeds so I'll make sure to toast them.

Should I be adding a box of chicken broth to dilute the paste? Especially if I'm adding in the chocolate?

bro, you gotta dilute it with water, read the goddamn label.
