It is hard to say because the ingredients differ wherever you go. What I experience as pepperoni may be a pretty different sausage to what they call pepperoni where you live. But for me it is pepperoni and mushroom and sausage and onion and green pepper. And a heaping helping of red pepper flakes on top.
