Only put sauce on the meat if you need to hide it. Yours is perfect.
Someone with your skill can do a better sauce than greasy gravy.
Could've used an extra vegetable.
I would've dusted the border of the plate with chili powder, now it bleeds a little into your guac/broccoli cream.

Lovely colour combination overall, healthy-ish dish, balanced flavours. Love the colour on your parsnip/turnip(?) purée, and the little chive knots. Plus it's easy to prepare everything in advance.

9/10 and thread of the week.
