I've already basically switched to beef exclusively since before Christmas
haven't eaten pork in ages (only thing I really missed initially was chorizo but that passed) and I'm currently not eating poultry but will likely take it back up once I've gotten over my chronic addiction to low quality sandwich deli chicken/turkey which got way out of hand last year for whatever reason
