Nah, korean noodles can't ever be 'the best ramen', all nongshim and samyang noodles are quite bland and rely on heat for 'flavor'.
The best instant noodles are chinese. Even cheap chinese noodles like chef kang are 100 times more flavorful than korean garbage.
For me ? It's laosi snail soup noodles. They are perfect. Perfect flavor, perfect heat, tons of toppings, oily. Damn they are good

This one is one of the worst kimchi ramens there are.
First of all it tastes nothing like kimchi, second, it has no kimchi at all.
I would recommend trying the one from Ottogi

I've come fully around on shin black, I thought it was superior for the longest time, and on it's own I would agree, but when you start to add things to your ramen regular shin has a higher ceiling. Also the shin black vegetable packets are fucking disgusting
