bacon makes it less dry when baking it. this is one of the best ways imo. the bacon tightens and chokes the chicken to prevent the juices form getting out.

plus it taste better with the bacon.

I got lazy with the veggies, just fried some frozen broccoli with red pepper.

one thing I kind of wish I planned it a bit better, I think having a sauce on the chicken would be nice.

Right idea wrong execution. Next time add the yolk and the mustard together then wait for the drippings to cool down for a few minutes and add. Add some salt and pepper to it too
