I don't see the issue.
If you aren't interested in making the bread as well, skip to the assembly part or the video. Are you watching these videos through a neighbor's window? Take control of your viewership.

For me, someone who enjoys making bread in general, I appreciate the extra content. May pick up a technique or two for future bakes.
