Normal people never actually eat hamburgers without cheese. They're literally just on the menu for the (((you know who))). If you think it's infeasible that nearly all global corporations would go out of their way to accommodate a tiny minority like this then go to your local supermarket, pick a random assortment of packaged goods out, and ask a clerk if they have non-kosher certified versions of them.
