Why do meal preppers pretend to be busy all the time when they obviously have time to shitpost on 4chan and post their shitty fodd on reddit?

This being said if you are actually busy, I'm assuming working, you should be able to sustain a wife who cooks for you or buy pre made food at a restaurant or have it delivered. If you are poor then you should have enough time to make a nice meal for yourself every day.
It seems like you are both poor and have no time, on top of not even having a wife to cook for you so you have to eat leftovers every day. What a miserable existence

Calling a diet 'mostly vegan' is pretentious bullshit. You're a vegetarian for all intents and purposes, except it's not special enough for you.

Not to mention that you are the type of person that portions out his food a week in advance. Which means you aren't eating fresh vegetables.

Then you also use a bunch of plastic containers to sort your neat, little portions. Instead of leaving your food in a big pot and taking what you need, you waste time and fridge space on neuroticism for supposed efficiency.

It's clear that you don't like food. You want to automate the whole process, more concerned with meeting numbers in a spreadsheet than taste and enjoyment. Instead of popping supplements, eat fresh food and listen to your body and its appetite.

Your unquenchable thirst for man-sperm is the only thing keeping your diet 'almost vegan'.

Yeah sure I mean its not like we have been eating meat for our species entire existence, and farming animals for thousands of years. I mean sure all our environmental issues started happening after we began heavily relying on petroleum fueled industry for literally every thing and importing all our raw materials from all 4 corners of the world using vessels powered by said petroleum.

Sure a cow CAN be raised on nothing but grass, and a single cow can feed a man for several years. But eating them is bad. Cows are literally destroying the planet because this netflix documentary told me so, despite the fact that they had to retract their information because they were fucking lying. I mean, how am I supposed to feel better about myself? Are you telling me I need to maybe reconsider my industry dependent consumerist lifestyle?! Are you crazy!?!? The rest of the world can't instantly do that overnight so I'm just gonna eat this heavily processed fake meat and call it a day.

I agree with most of your points: We live in a society that relies on processing and consumerism that is a major problem with climate change. I also agree that the processed generic "vegan" fake shit is garbage and just as bad - if not worse. It's like how some oats are sold normally and then with a Gluten-Free branding, despite both packs being packed in the same location with the same cross-contamination warning and the same kind of oat - but people will pay the extra dollar for the branding of gluten-free. Sucker's born everyday.

I think that replacing meat with fake-meat sensationalized foodstuffs is just as bad. It's why I think we should move towards a more green-based diet with chickpeas and other such vegetables. A proper vegan moves away from the shitty "fake cheese sauce" and the "vegan mozzarella" shit really quickly because it's garbage and there's so many better options.

I have never met a proper fucking vegan. They either eat the fake meat or claim they don't and then secretly eat the fake meat.

There are even certain whole foods and supplements that contradict veganisms ethics.

I can definitely tell you what is better than fake cheese. Real cheese, that comes from a healthy and comfortable ruminant who is fed a diet so high in quality she couldn't even dream of getting without the aid of humans. And the person who makes the cheese puts their heart and soul into it using ancestral knowledge, combined with alchemy and art to create something so incredible you never forget it. Veganism is literally unnatural for humans, you fucking faggot. Every single "raw vegan only" bodybuilder/expert has to supplement with artificially extracted chemicals that they would get from meat because THERE ARE AMINO ACIDS AND NUTRIENTS THAT LITERALLY DO NOT COME FROM PLANTS ALONE that humans - read it again - HUMANS - require to be optimally healthy. Humans are not herbivores, they are omnivores. They were hunter/gatherers that ate whatever fucking roots, berries, fruit etc. was in season. Even after they settled down and started practicing agriculture, they still raised and hunted animals and they still mostly ate what was in season that they didn't ferment or dehydrate. there are vegan sources of complete proteins, and a lot of vegan sources of protein complement each other to provide complete protein -- beans and rice, for example

non-vegan body builders also supplement with artificially extracted chemicals, that's part of being a body builder since a normal diet can't really produce the results they're looking for.

that being said, obviously getting a lot of complete protein from only vegan sources is much more difficult in comparison to getting it from animal sources

I always like to end with this reminder: a lot of the people you are talking to on this website, and on the internet in general, are genuinely autistic. Not meme autistic, but actually neurodivergent autistic. And, it's extremely important to remember: autistic people are LITERALLY retarded.

I know he's wrong. That's why I asked him for a source, explained why vegan bodybuilders actually use isolates, and hinted he should look up what a complete protein source is.

Beans and rice is a dumb meme, though. It's more carb-heavy than any meat, so it's hard to stay within the goldilocks zone of 50-60% carbs/30-40% fat/10-20% protein, harder to meet typical athlete protein requirements, and virtually impossible to derive a high protein weight loss diet from, without refining the protein.
