For me, it's the negroni. What do you like to sip at the end of a day to relax?

Same, but I usually skip the gin because I'm a panty-wuss.

I usually just drink whiskey's neat, but I do like a Jamo ginger ale. Also like a white russian but I don't like having more than 2 of them on an evening

They're so good and easy. Sometimes even just an Milano-Torino is nice. I like Kentucky mules and Sidecars a lot too.

Negronis for me too. Impossible to screw up and is also delicious. Boulvardiers are OK, but the whiskey covers up the taste of the campari a bit, which is the main reason I like negronis.

In the wintertime when it’s cold and there is a lot of snow I’ll drink several Irish coffees

Depends. Right now I haven't made anything as I've moved recently and all my stuff is packed. I used to make Jack Roses pretty often, though.

You can play with ratios. Could always try 1pt vermouth: 1.5pts campari: 1pt whisky. I tend to put more gin in my negronis which has been an excellent discovery

i think i need to experiment with more gins and vermouths. i love the negroni and boulevardier though i'm finding negronis too sweet recently. i'm using dolin rogue and four pillars negroni gin. i think that gin is a bit too bright and fruity for my taste...
any suggestions? i live in australia and there are a lot of people making gin here

They're a pain in the ass to make, but my alcoholic sweet tooth will always go for a "Churchill's Brekfast."

I wanna fuck with some rye but I'm across the ocean from where it's made and all that's left is this.
What do I get?
