I'm so fucking stupid I just made home mac and cheese and the recipe called for condensed milk. I'm so dumb I didn't know if that meant sweetened or unsweetened so now I'm sitting here with a huge pot of candy frosting flavored pasta noodles. It taste like kettle corn. I'm so fucking pissed.

I've never seen unsweetened condensed milk. Do you mean evaporated milk?

Got high at my friend's apartment and we tried to make brownies but when it came time to add oil I realized he only had olive oil. I kept telling him we can't use it and he didn't understand why, so he used olive oil and our brownies tasted like absolute trash.

Was going to bake some brownies, but I got high
Was supposed to use canola oil, but I got high
And so they tasted like shit, and I know why

I’m curious as to how you equate a dish with pasta, milk, cheese, and sugar to a dish with puffed corn and sugar. Actually I’m not curious, you’ve already proven to be a complete fucking moron.

There is no unsweetened condensed milk.

I don't understand what happened.

No.
As a kid trying new things, I wasn't aware there was a bit more involved in making nacho cheese other than simply throwing in kraft's pseudo-cheese slices in the microwave.

Not a recipe fuck up, but years back before I learned heat control I wanted burgers at two in the morning, so I cranked the heat to max cuz foodtubers told me that’s how you get a good sear and let the pan heat up. I put some oil in there (so the burgers don’t stick, duh) and instantly it combusted. So I had a pain on fire, the smoke detector going off, and my mom walking downstairs all pissed off. I took the pain down to the backyard, and that was how I learned heat control.

mentioned this already but I ruined by taiwanese beef noodle soup. Too much dried chilis and salty ingredients. I didn't add a single grain of salt but cooking wine, light and dark soy sauce, and doubanjiang all have it. The beef itself is tender and tasty so at least I didn't waste money but the broth is fucked.

Make second broth with no salt or chilli and combine the two to even it out?
