Too much cheese. It has the texture of chewing gum when there's that much of it, nasty.

Anti-caking agent in pre shredded cheese. Cellulose. When you see brown spots on a carpet of cheese on big commercial pizza, that's what it is. Wood fiber powder.

shit crust, fluffy cheese that connects to the crust, not too much sauce. yes.

>> No.17387410

I made a few pizzas from scratch today anons, the dough was good but too thick of a crust, there was some nice browning on the bottom for 2 of the 3 pizzas but none on the crust. The sauce I made was garlicky (which I personally like) and felt like it was lacking some spices (I only added oregano) but was good on a pizza and I just used typical mozza and pepperonis. I have a good idea on improvements I could make to the sauce but I am stumped how to brown the crust without burning the pizza, any tips?

Cellulose is the most abundant biopolymer on earth. If you've ever eaten a fruit or vegetable (doubtful for the average amerilards), you eaten cellulose.

Are amerisharts really this retarded? Must be due to all the excess fat being stored in their "brains" impeding their 7 neurons from communicating

how hot is your oven? adding a little sugar and olive oil to the dough makes it brown faster and taste better. the cheese will brown fast if you use pre shredded because of the anti-caking agent (cellulose or corn starch) so buying a block of hard mozz (or fresh for neopolitan) will result in an un-burned pizza if you're not a total retard.

Thanks anon, I looked into it and although the oven was at a very toasty 500F I didn't preheat the pan, next time I'm going to leave in a massive cast iron I have for some time at 550 (if possible, I haven't checked how high my oven can go yet), I used some olive oil in the dough although I may add some to the crust to help it brown up, the one thing I will never slack on is the cheese though, I always make sure to grate it.
