Give me your killer garlic bread/garlic butter recipes.
Need to make some for the office potluck next week.

Sure.
1 loaf bread
6-20 cloves of garlic, finely minced.
Melt butter in pan in low heat, add the garlic.
Simmer 2 mins.
Drain this into a container to refridgerate and resolidify
Slice bread
Spread garlic-butter
Add any desired additional toppings
Toss into oven until desired crispiness.

It won't be good anymore by the time you get there.
Anyway, make a compound butter butter with butter, beef bone marrow (70% butter 30% marrow), crushed garlic and your herb of choice. Put in on bread that doesn't have a too overpowering flavour. Oven until crispy.

Just use Escoffiers Escargot butter recipe.
350g butter
35g schallots
10g garlic
25g parsley
12g salt
2g pepper

It's even better if you replace some of the parsely with chives, chervil and estragon.
