Perosnaly i like frito salad. Basically a velveeta cheese sauce with ground beef tomatoes and green chilis celery and onion poured over a bed of lettuce and fritos. Fatty but delicious.

It just wasn't going to work for that bag of chips. Too big, and no natural seam.

Also, you don't actually have to serve it in the bag. That's done at sporting events out of convenience, so it's a handheld food. But Gordon using large bag and putting it on the plate just defeats the original intent. He should've just poured the chips in a bowl, then put the chili on, then the cheese, sour cream, and optional diced raw onion.

If he wanted to "elevate it", he could've
