Name one (1) thing you couldn't cook on this device that a hot plate would handle.

>> No.17367458

I have one of these. I used the top plate once and it was shit. Its decent for making toast, the coffee pot is perfect for one or two people. That being said, Id be happier with a coffee pot with an alarm function and a seperate toaster.

It's quality probably sucks, but it can do just about everything. "Compact design: Space-saving 3-in-1 design is perfect for small kitchens, apartments, dorms, campers/RVs", so perfect for van life assuming you can power it.

Brother I am in Mexico having the time of my life.
I am not going back to work any time soon.
I can't tell you how much happier I am.
There are challenges for sure, but I wake up on the beach and surf at the crack of dawn several days a week.
No, my life is on track for sure

I am done with all of that.
I have property rented out that pays for itself.
I can always go back to working 70hrs a week.
Not this year though

Place the soup in a ramekin and throw it into the oven part, use the coffee pot, or use the top as a hot plate with a pot.

You're doing a terrible job convincing him of anything and being incredibly uncharismatic in general. Going out of your way to convince a total stranger how they would be better off doing what you say is an awful way to make an impression.
You may as well just be trying to force yourself onto him, does that sound any good to you? It doesn't to me.

Van bro,
I was thinking of living in my car and travelling around the states backpacking. It's just me though and I'm pretty small; do you think car living would be an option? I'm usually comfy if I spend a night in the back seat with a comforter/pillows but idk how it would feel longterm. Do you do a lot of gas cooking? I feel like I would just try and extend my propane cooking setup to cook nearby the car.

>> No.17371450

>>17371005
Sell the car, get a van.
Also you need to have a good amount of money to do this right , not just having the van kitted out, but also money to travel and enjoy life.
This is no fun if your poor. I can't stress that enough. Don't do this if you are living hand to mouth.
It still costs at least a thousand bucks a month just to be a person.

I have a pure remote job, only thing I would need is internet connection for meetings; I'm planning to bounce from Starbucks (or something similar) during the day and drive for a couple hours every evening. I'm not enthused about the van only because I'd rather drive something with better mileage, though I'm sure for long-term living the space and actual bed make a difference. I'm used to sleeping rough during backpacking though. Anyway, appreciate the info. Have fun out there.
