How bad for you is it to eat pizza all the time?

>> No.17354119

It’s basically just bread and fat. It’s not good for you, especially with all the salt in there.

What should I eat instead?

Just meat, cheese, eggs, and dairy. Avoid carbs at all costs.

Don't listen to this faggot >>17354124. Veggies should be a big part of your diet. Carbs from time to time in limitation are fine too but don't base every single meal on them.

Probably not. I think we’re all a little less fragile than we think we are. But do try to eat healthier, or at least to have a better quality of life.

Didn't some hipster fag from Baltimore eat nothing but pizza for 30 years and only walk away with mild diabetes?

Pizza contains like all of the food groups. Bread, meat, cheese, veggies, fats.

Unless you're some kind of absolute faggot who doesn't get Supreme every time.

Depending on what the toppings are you could be filling all your daily nutritional requirements. But it is salty and carb heavy maybe thin crust once and awhile could control that.

DId they change this product recently?
Digiorno used to be reliable when it came to frozen pizza.
The crust actually turned out like it does in the pic, nice and bread-y.
Now it's turned in to this gross spongy soft thing.

Wouldn't doubt it considering covid repercussions.
Some things I've noticed about their choice of packaging is that they've switched back and forth from the firm, brown box, and the paper-like white box.
As for the plastic wrapping, they've switched between shrink, peel, and bag wrappings. It seems the bag is their final decision.
Adjustments are definitely being made, but, so far, the packaging is the prominent alteration.
