I like pie, but I'm British so we have meat pies. it's really good. Especially with a crispy crust on top and a softer pastry on bottom.

Try making your own, I wasn't much of a pie crust guy myself until I made some nice flaky and buttery pie crust. You'll never want to go back to the premade shit after that.

Damn, that's a nice looking pie. I can make a tasty pie myself but my dough rolling skills suck ass. I might try doing lattice more since it's more time consuming but less easy to fuck up.

It's pretty easy at least, especially if you have a food processor to distribute tiny chunks of butter in your dry ingredients. The only problem with it is that pie dough is supposed to be kind of shaggy and the butter makes it a tiny bit difficult to work with without powdering a shit ton of flour everywhere.
