Also, it doesn’t actually feel/taste as burned as it looks.

Just finished a bottle of one of my favorite stouts, stouts are my favorite style of beer because they are packed with flavor. Probably going to buy whatever bottles they have left pretty soon here. My favorite beer is Abraxas by Perennial, I get as much as I can every year when it's released. I like every variation they come out with. Was able to go to a dinner with Perennial beer pairings a few years ago and have loved their stuff ever since. All their beer is great but their stouts are on a whole other level.

Regular Abraxas just came out, I had to get a few bottles. There's a little shop in St Louis that sells mostly craft beer and if you tell them.what your looking for they will call you when they get it in store. It's called The Hop Shop, they were actually stocked up on Abraxas when I went there a few days ago. The barrel aged is most likely coming out soon, if you look out for it now you'll definitely get some.

Yes but Guinness poured outside Ireland is generally terrible, although if you go to the right place you can get a decent pint. The head should be flat and smooth, not bubbly.

Also I am not a fan of the 8+% meme stouts, stout should be a comfy drink that you can have 6 of no problem. Guinness, Murphys, Beamish and O'Haras are all good Irish ones (O'Haras Leann Follain is fantastic)
