I was going to make some meatloaf tonight for dinner, haven't had it in quite a while. Do you guys ever make it, and if so do you do anything to spice it up?

My meatloaf how my grandma used to make it. White bread cubes soaked in a bit of milk(not soaking wet, just damp. It makes it more fluffy and less dense), sauteed onions(if you like them more pungent and harder texture put in raw onions).
Whole boiled peeled egg(best if the egg yolk isn't fully cooked yet), slightly boiled carrot sticks, thinly sliced pickles and whole vienna sausage.

Before putting it in the oven put about a finger thick of beef stock or any stock into the baking pan and obviously cover it in bacon or any kind of cured ham like in the picture, if you like.

Glaze I use: bbq sauce, apple butter, srirachi and brandy. This sauce is very good for cocktail meatballs, as well.
