My take is if you don't have a predisposition to severe mental health problems using them in moderation and with respect is fine.

The experience is so intense you don't really want to do it that much and after your first dose your tolerance goes up massively for about 2 days. Normal dmt not bufotenine.

Yes but I am really picky with them, I need them to be decently brown. Not mushy, but definitely a little soft. Bananas that are bright pure yellow to me are under ripe, and I find them to be hard and bitter
