does anyone else have a bunch of different louisiana style hot sauces and arbitrarily decide what to use each one?

Frank's is too thick to really be considered Louisiana style. Louisiana style hot sauces are thin because they are mostly just vinegar.

I use the cheap grocery store brand because Louisiana style hot sauce is pretty much trash in the first place. Franks and Cholula aren't Louisiana style. Tobasco isn't either. Valentina kind of is and Crystal absolutely is. Texas Pete is, too, but is somehow objectively worse.

I am not buying into to the Louisiana style debate as I am uninformed on the issue.
However I always have Frank's on hand and add to almost all savoury meals.
Also have sriracha for with some foods sometimes also mixed with regular tomato sauce on a dinner plate say with chicken for example.

Hotsauce is for fags. Literally ruins food. No, not because of the spice. I love Korean barbecue. Shin Ramyun black is pretty good. But hotsauce tastes like shit. Only niggers use it because they don't season they food.

Every time I go to Chipotle I steal an unopened bottle of chipotle tabasco. I hate regular tabasco, but the chipotle type is incredible. I also like Red Rooster brand if we're talking Louisiana types. Yucateco is good for latin food.

I used to work at "Firehouse Subs" and they had a selection of about 20 different hot sauces. Dave's are pretty flavorless, just extremely hot. I tried most of the sauces they had there and got accustomed to eating the super hot ones without dying somehow.

Louisiana brand owns Red Rooster. Weirdly, Red Rooster is actually the original Louisiana style hot sauce recipe, and their "Original Louisiana" brand is a more recent recipe.
