Who likes duck breast? Had it for the first time recently, was so goddamn delicious.
I used my sous vide, I think at 57°C, it was a little grey but still delicious. So tender and juicy...

Gonna eat this more often, how do you lads prepare your duck breast?

how long was it in for? I want to sous vide duck legs and finish under broiler (hopefully without starting a fire) but all the recipes are wildly different and I'm not leaving them in a bag for 36 hours to cook.

I got some duck breast a few weeks ago, you only find it around Christmas here. Made it in the pan like a normal chicken breast, was heckin delicious would eat again

Duck is super underrated, but can be pricey depending on your circumstances. I buy duck fat when I can, instantly makes any dish taste so much better.
