The Koreans were on to something with adding it to soups. I love adding slices of it or even better Treat to my ramen stock and simmer it a bit before adding the noodles.

Also this I think I came up with.
I have found adding it and some mayo to a whole grain bread "grilled cheese" sandwich is also pretty good.
