Well, besides another rousing round of the same ol' shite I love engaging you all in, I am honoring the time honored tradition of here, I cooked, and took pictures along the way. First up, bacon. Yes, the skillet is small, I know.

Next is onion, with some of the strained bacon fat back to pan. That's not rust, it's bacon fond(?). The stuff deglazing ...deglazes. I really think fond is the word tho.

After cognac and cooking it down, uh, milk, cream, mozz and parmesan. Some ranch powder, au jus powder are the secret here. Oh, and starting the mushrooms in Worcestershire. Then lots of "folding" stirring, not sure how to say it. Don't really want it to boil, but yeah, that temp for I think a minute, then lower.

Just a little bit, like teaspoon at most. Ranch powder s'good guy, real food skills, doesn't afraid of anything.
I plop a little flavor powder, of various types, into most things. Make your dish more memorable, folk will forget other's same recipe, but remember that YOUR food somehow just tastes better. You then get to make the food for family events, and are the star of the show. Happy bellies, everyone loves you, then they do stuff for you. It's food hustle.

It was real food untill you mixed some powdery chemicals into it. Don't use It next time. Put some dried basil instead

Yeah. Should prolly stop using this too from time to time. Yer right, tho. Should stick to real food. If I'm not cooking out of boxes, why am I sticking food powders into shit? Well, it's cheating to win. That's what that is. Ty anon.
