Unironically, go to the nearest Korean market and buy a 750 of “Fresh” Soju for under $10, probably $8-9. Have a bag or backpack, and keep it in there. Pregame a bit with 1/3 or so of the soju and then settle in at a bar drinking the cheapest beer but tipping well. Let’s say Coors Light is $3 and you have $10, then that’s 2 beers ($3 + $2 tip x 2).
