What can I do to make a fried egg sandwich more interesting? What can I add to it to make it better? Besides cheese of course.

Use foccacia or a crossaint instead of pre sliced bread. Add arugula, olive oil, vinegar. Add prosciutto cotto or some other type of cooked ham. Use REAL cheese not nigger shit pre sliced from a plastic bag. Use goat, or manchego, or fresh grated parmiggiano cheese. After making the sandwhich pan fry both sides or throw it in the oven for extra crispyness. Add chilis for a kick. These are just a few things off the top of my head

Make an omelette instead of fried egg. Experiment with different meats and veggies. But omelette in half and out on sandwich.

Fry the eggs in olive oil, and add some garlic and handful of spinach to the pan. Vary your toast type, from crusty sourdough english muffin, bagel, ciabatta roll, rye or whole grain, just for a start.
A few drops of hot sauce, such as Cholula or Tapatio, or a scant teaspoon of a lao gan ma or mexican nutty picante, which can add a lot.
Your cheese can be smoked gouda, muenter, sharp cheddar, and a sprinkle of green onionadds an herbal element.
Some restaurants put aoili on the bread, even McDonalds does it on one of the sandwiches, it's halfway to hollandaise.

the answer is ketchup OP do not listen to anybody else, you cannot do better than an egg sando w cheese. One egg should fit onto one slice folded over on itself. The egg should still have a bit of liquid but hot yolk that will flow after you bite into it onto the plate. Dip the egg sando in the yolk and ketchup. This is best enjoyed at 1am stoned, enjoy.

Probably because for the longest time, all alcohol threads on /ck/ devolved into self-help pity party alcoholic support group threads, and that thread asked “does X make you an alcoholic”.

this would burn my house down. Are you using some wimpy European stove?

>> No.17250947

>>17250632
The point is let the tomatoes have a little fry taste so you need to evaporate some of the water before adding the eggs. 5 minutes on high is not burn it unless you are literally flamethrower.
