Post anything that you have cooked, baked, etc.
Pic related is a pumpkin roll with a cream cheese frosting fill. Was my first attempt at this type of bake and it turned out great. Surprisingly forgiving for something that looks so fiddly.

Spaghetti with meat sauce. Seared a couple bone-in pork loins and a couple Italian sausages in olive oil, threw in onions and garlic, sauteed, deglazed with chardonnay, added the San Marzano tomatoes, salt, pepper, red pepper, and dried basil then simmered for 8 hours before cooking and throwing in the noodles.

Here's the recipe I followed. https://bakerbettie.com/cream-cheese-pumpkin-roll/
Most swiss roll style recipes I saw called for a jelly roll pan which is 10x15. This one conveniently uses a half sheet pan which is much more common. I used a big offset spatula to smooth the batter out in the pan before baking to get the width as even as possible.

Lmao you remind me of this Rasta dude I used to know. He was batshit crazy and had horrible teeth.
Sure, there are legit pedophile rings and they're out there, but not everyone enjoying a good ole pumpkin roll is a pedophile. In fact hardly anyone is. I'd wager to say that the percentage of pedophiles enjoying pumpkin rolls is almost the same percentage of pedophiles in the population in general, and that no correlation exists between pumpkin rolls and pedophilia.

I didn't bake any damn pumpkin rolls, but I don't think there's a massive pedo conspiracy at all my local grocery stores just because there's like 30 pumpkin rolls for sale in the bakeries. Use some common sense and discretion. Were the jewish pedos Epstein and Maxwell known for pumpkin rolls or some shit? Come the fuck on. Also nobody gives a fuck what you watch on YouTube while you eat hot pockets and pumpkin rolls, you're still not considered a consultable authority on any subject at all.

I'm not a fan of using the egg white. And you can just add the yolk after you take the pan off the heat. If you do that, and you made sure the cheese has melted into the sauce before you add the pasta, you'll get a completely smooth sauce that'll look and feel like a fatty, even coating

this jar here isn't one of my current batch because I've got them in a hot water bath sealing but its the same recipe so it looks the same.
https://www.monpetitfour.com/orange-marmalade-recipe/
I went with this recipe since it uses way less sugar than other recipes I looked at, its a ratio of 1 orange to 1 cup of sugar which is still a lot of sugar but its not horrible, the thing is to boil the rinds which gets rid of the bitterness that the excessive sugar is supposed to deal with.

we've got a lot of blocks of cheddar cheese, I might need to just chunk one to the right side and smoke it, then do a scotch cheese with that.
and that looks pretty good, I am a monster for spaghetti and garlic bread.

looks like nice skin on the chicken, and veggies cooked in chicken fat is great, a favorite is rice that is cooked with chicken in a slow cooker, so the chicken as its cooking releases the broth and grease and the rice soaks it up.

Cheesy scalloped potatoes. Used yellow taters, while slicing them caramelized onion in unsalted butter. deglaze with Worcestershire, added diced mushroom, then some beef consumme to soak in. Oh, had some pulled pork shoulder in there I had fried up quick before putting in. I think the layers were: potato -> onion/shrooms -> pork -> Lil bit of cheddar shred -> pour mornay to level -> repeat to final potato top and cheese layer. Used a watertight sandwich case to hold a nice chonky square of it and keep it til ready(made it around 5:43ish a.m.)
